Our cultural competency training offers practical ways to identify, respect and operate within Yolŋu culture.
We offer a variety of options to suit your organisation including tailored workshops as well as online courses and our eLearn program for those who prefer to work at their own pace.
Workshops
Facilitated by expert Yolŋu and Balanda (non-Indigenous) cross-cultural facilitators, our highly interactive workshops will support your team to develop practical skills for effective engagement with Yolŋu people and communities.
Online Learning Courses
We offer an online 8-week cultural competency course held twice a year. This course is delivered by expert Yolŋu and Balanda facilitators, and covers all the workshop modules in 8 different 1.5 hour sessions.
We also offer a standalone online Plain English training.
eLearn Program
Our eLearn program is an excellent self-paced introduction to Yolŋu culture and worldview. It features insights from Yolŋu leaders on a range of topics, interactive learning activities, and practical skills for engagement.
