Jorja has been working with ARDS for close to 5 years. herwork here has spanned across the organisation where she has gained skills in business development, project coordination, grant writing and community development. Her current role focuses on increasing operational efficiencies through growing and maintaining ARDS scope and impact.

Her passion is in health, in particular, working to address health inequalities, through health literacy and promotion. She recently completed her Bachelor of Health Science at Charles Darwin University and has begun work in Health Research with Menzies School of Health Research and University of Queensland.

She is interested in the field of qualitative research and focused on advancing her skills in this area, with the aim to align that with future opportunities in the field of health and community development.
