Yolŋu Radio presenter wins national award

Yolŋu Radio presenter Sylvia Nulpinditj has won a "Best Remote Indigenous Broadcasting Service Awards" at the recent Remote Indigenous Media Festival on Waiben (Thursday Island, Torres Strait).  

It's another feather in Sylvia's cap, who has collected a number of awards in her career, including the ImagineNATIVE Film and Media Arts Festival “Best Indigenous Language Production Award”, and "Best Outside Broadcast" at the Remote Indigenous Media Festival, as well as a "Best Language/Culture Production" nomination for her film Wata Brumalala (Cyclone Culture).
