Community Broadcasting Association success

The  Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA) recently hosted the Community Radio Awards in Melbourne. These awards are deigned to recognise and promote excellence in community broadcasting. 

Yolŋu Radio was nominated for three awards, 'Excellence in Indigenous Engagement', 'Best New Radio Program - Music' for Andrew Gurruwiwi's program, The Andrew Gurruwiwi Show and lastly 'Best New Radio Program -Talk Show' for Sylvia Nulpinditj's program Dhawu Dhawu. 

We are proud of all our finalists and pleaseed to announce Sylvia's show Dhawu Dhawu took out the win!
